We proudly offer affordable worldwide shipping. Please note that we require 1 to 2 business days on average to process your order before dispatch. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible! Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time varies between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please consider any holidays that might affect delivery times.

Our products are handcrafted, and the manufacturing time is not fast, which contributes to the longer shipping time. Each piece is crafted with great attention to detail and quality, which may take a little longer but ensures a unique and high-quality product.
Governmental and Regional Delays
In some countries, shipping may take longer due to governmental issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Partnered Vendors
At Velora, we celebrate the joy of discovery. We collaborate with small vendors from around the world to bring you unique products, some of which are shipped directly from our overseas vendors. Due to the nature of international shipping, delays can be inevitable; therefore, our shipping times are guidelines only, and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and ship the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured that the remaining items will arrive shortly.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package's journey. To track your package, visit our Tracking Page. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID, please use our Order Lookup form. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to be updated.
We partner with several logistics companies worldwide, including FedEx, USPS, UPS, Royal Mail, Aus Post, Swiss Post, and DHL. Tracking information will be updated regularly as provided by these carriers.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We strive to expedite processing and shipping, so the window for correcting an incorrect address is small. Please contact us immediately at info@velorafilm.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
Returns
By placing an order with Velora, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Velora, unless the product is defective, in which case we will cover all costs. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on making a return.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Velora is responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is clear evidence of loss or theft, we will send a replacement product as soon as possible. However, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please report it to your shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page. Shipping Protection Policy
All orders are protected, but our Shipping Protection as an optional add-on to provide extra security for your order against theft, loss, or damage during transit. By selecting this service at checkout, you gain coverage that allows for a smoother resolution in case of shipping issues.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact our support team to request a replacement or refund.
